HTC Windows Phone 8X needs custom alert tones and personalized Text tones!! This is the biggest downfall of the phone and my husband and I are seriously considering changing phones because of it. We love the Windows phone besides a few key features that other smartphones and even basic phones do that this does not.

Cannot use custom tones for txt or other alerts. Need to add Txt tone option to contact profile.
Volume control does not include alarms, my alarm goes off in the middle of work even if the phone is on silent.

These are the biggest downfalls.
